Our sincere thanks to everyone who came out to the performances on this tour. Thanks to Kristin Hersh, her family, and bandmates. Thanks to all the friends and family that we stayed with on the tour. You all know who you are. There are too many to list. Reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones made this tour unforgettable. My deep gratitude goes out to Jonathan Drews, Barton Carroll, and Dov Friedman for their musical collaboration, patience, and friendship.

You know, folks here in the Midwest, namely Chicago, might get the idea that you are trying to avoid us.
Believe me, if we could have played some shows in the Midwest on this tour we would have. Unfortunately, we drove right by Denver, Omaha, Chicago, Madison, and Pittsburgh on our way out to New Haven. These are all some of my favorite places to play, but by the time we had the routing for the tour it was too late to try and book and promote some smaller shows on the way out. We’ll get out to the Midwest soon hopefully. No disrespect to the Windy City… Al
Hi. I can’t seem to find Dolorean on the KEXP site. Any chance of a direct link to the music / interview? Thanks
I think the shows get archived each month, so they should have the May shows up in June…hopefully sometime in the next week or two… Al
Wow, your “You Can’t Win” is excellent! In a time when people are saying the concept album is dead, and people are only hunting for one song here and one song there, Dolorean gives us complete sadness and beauty from beginning to end. This is a masterpiece!!! Thank you very much for every moment of great music on this CD.
After the performance at Holocene, Al James is the new wild man of rock. More Electric Dolorean please (or “My Morning Dolorean” as I think they should be renamed). A riot, and worth crossing the pond for alone!!!

I have a couple venue ideas for you if you decide to head this way (Chicago).
Hey folks,
I recorded the Dolorean XM Radio concert last night and will share it if the band doesn’t mind. The quality is not the best since the highest bitrate streaming from XM Radio Online is 64kbps. Still, it was a lovely show.
Take care,
Nick
